What a great start to the year the diary is bursting, the reviews are still rolling in as we enter year 5!!!

Spring is one of the most exciting times for any cook and as a professional pizzaiolo even more so, ‘‘this week sees the first proper seasonal pizza of the year, our unique sourdough base, San Marzano passata, Buffalo Mozzarella, Parmesan, Parma ham and of course the English asparagus crumbled with lemon and garlic infused ricotta.

We continue to update our where can you try us next page, as we are normally out six times a week so there’s always somewhere you can find us and eat the best pizzas in East Anglia.

I always like to thank customers mostly in these newsletters and my family, Issy and all the others who make my little pizza dream possible and this ones no different, your all good eggs???

My veg garden is well underway so pics to follow of that soon, I hope to exceed last years bounty! Meaning less food miles for my stock, you can’t beat from my garden to my pizza van to your booking!, again a real big thanks to those who continue to support us at our regular locations and beyond.
